Victor Beltran
  Born in Lima, Peru, and educated in architecture, Victor has had thirty years of experience in architecture and architectural illustration.

His love for architecture and design is evident in his vibrant clear watercolor paintings. They include images from his extensive travels as well as from Pittsburgh.

He has exhibited his works in South America as well as locally at the Heinz History Center and the Carnegie Museum of Art. Recently, he completed an assignment for the new Pittsburgh PNC Baseball Stadium.
