She studied oil painting at the Art Institute of Florence in Italy. The classical instruction she received encouraged her efforts to paint professional representational artwork. When she and her husband moved to Sewickley from New Mexico in 2001, they set up studio space in their home for her to pursue her art. Having this dedicated space has been instrumental in building her painting portfolio. She practices daily with a discipline and determination that grows with each painting. |
